Job Duties
1- responsible for all aspects of IT specialist including networks, applications, databases, and telecommunications.
2- He will undertake the important responsibility of managing the servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading the servers.
3- He also provide the essential hardware support for the laptops, desktop personal computers, the printers and for monitors in the company.
4- IT specialist also undertake the tasks of configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backup
5- This includes implementation, configuration, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized system procedures.
6- He is also performs basic systems security administration functions, including creating users profiles and accounts, monitors and manages system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, tape backup systems; performs systems backups and recovery procedures; writes or modifies basic scripts to resolve performance problems; maintains system documentation and logs; performs or assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
