Job Duties
1- Meet with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyze application requirements
2- Implement solutions to satisfy application business and technical requirements
3- Writing Oracle test script for Oracle application 11i –10 G -9I financial section
4- Customizing Oracle application
5- Developing Reporting system based on Oracle application data and based on Oracle 10g Database
6- User training for application
7- Analyzing and Developing new programs that support business
8- Provide written status reports to management regarding project status, task, and issues/risks
9- Follow QMS standards and Organizational polices
10- Supervises development team. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Experience Years : 5
Qualifications
1- Minimum of B.S. or B.A in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
2- Experience not less than 5 years using oracle development tools (10g developer preferable)
3- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
4- Experience in Oracle Designer, Visio design tools
5- Experience TOAD, Oracle Enterprise Management development tools
6- Experience in configuration management and code version control
7- Experience in financial service industry
Knowledge with ERP systems
OCP or OCM certifications are a plus
Understanding of customer requirements
Written and verbal communication skills
Good technical and problem solving skills
Ability to work individually and in a structured team
