Job Duties
1- Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
2- Manage accounting periods opening and closing in accordance with the closing calendar
3- Verify and correct errors in bills and customer accounts & Monitor irregularities in accounts receivables
4- Maintain and update frequently accounts receivable records & meet deadlines in billings, collections and preparing accounts records
5- Prepare necessary journal entries
6- Receiving invoices from suppliers and vendors and compares them with Purchase orders
7- Enters the invoices data on the ALFA / ERP accounting system
Experience Years : 3-5
Qualifications
1- Good command of English language
Salary : 1500-2500
