Job Duties
1- Monitor & guide sales team towards the Company s goals & objectives.
2- Achieve company s targets
3- Coordinate between the sales agents, & be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.
4- Handling inquires & complaints of clients towards the sales agents.
5- Following up with the developers representatives regarding any updates or modifications concerning the projects.
6- Looking for cooperation opportunities with other real estate companies.
7- Attending any important meetings/events & report to G. Manager.
8- Following the management strategy & instructions.
9- Following up with the sales agents for achieving the target.
10- Supervising the farming process & assuring that it is covering all the market s needs.
10- Supervising the marketing process for all the properties under the company s management.
12- Supervising the exclusive projects & update the G. Manager monthly with the current status of each one.
